Engaging recreational activities made our stay enjoyable.

I was disappointed with the mini bar's limited selection, especially for a nice hotel. The lack of shelf space in the bathroom made it inconvenient, needing to place toiletries on the toilet. Additionally, I expected better from the breakfast buffet given the high standards of the Inn at Bay Harbor.

The hot tub was a hit, and the clean pool area was perfect for relaxing after a day by the lake. I enjoyed biking along the scenic trail. The upgrade to a lake view room made our stay lovely!

The route to the pool felt quite unwelcoming, taking us through the loading dock area. Despite these inconveniences, the Crooked Tee golf course nearby offered a fun and challenging experience, complemented by friendly staff. The soup served at the on-site dining was a highlight, showcasing a good aspect of the hotel's culinary offerings.

The views were amazing. Julia, at the front desk, provided really good service. Mason offered helpful shuttle service to nearby attractions. The complimentary breakfast buffet had delicious options. Our room also included a thoughtful cheese platter and wine.

It was just a good match for a weekend respite in Petoskey with decent value for money. The concierge went out of her way to set up an amazing dinner for us, even creating a special menu. If you're looking for a unique experience, definitely ask about special arrangements before your stay.
